- All official hotels are booked for the tournament until the end of January 2017, after this date are free rooms not guaranteed. (Hotel Černigov is whole booked until the tournament begins.).
- Hotels Grand and Alessandria are prolonged until the end of February.
- Hotel dum Academic is prolonged until the March 7th.
- Registration/weight-in will take a place in the hotel Černigov
- Congress SKIEF will take a place in hotel Tereziánský dvůr
